Cancellations & Refunds
At Engage Enhance, we value your time and trust. Since our services involve strategy, content, and campaign execution customized for each client, we follow a transparent cancellation and refund policy:
All payments made are non-refundable once the project has begun or services have been rendered.
If a cancellation request is made before any work has started, we may consider partial refunds on a case-by-case basis.
Monthly retainers can be cancelled with a 14-day written notice prior to the next billing cycle.
No refunds will be issued for services that are delayed due to lack of client response or deliverables.
